Lisa Marie Presley has died at age 54. She was the only daughter of music legend Elvis Presley. Lisa’s mother, Priscilla Presley, made an official announcement saying, “It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.”
According to the reports, Lisa had a sudden heart attack at her Los Angeles house and was rushed to the hospital.
Many famous stars have shared their condolences on Twitter.
Leah Remini shared the photo of Lisa and wrote, “I’m heartbroken over the passing of Lisa Marie Presley. Lisa did not have an easy life, as some might think. May she be at peace, resting with her son and father now. Her mom Priscilla and her three daughters, Riley, Finley, and Harper, are in my prayers.”
William Patrick Corgan also shared his condolence on social media handle and wrote, “There is heartbreak and then there is sorrow. This would be sorrow and on more levels than I can count. Please send your prayers out for her family and children at this difficult time. I truly cannot find the words to express how sad this truly is. RIP”
For unversed, Lisa Marie Presley was the only child of singer and actor Elvis Presley and actress Priscilla Presley. She developed a career in music and issued three albums: To Whom It May Concern in 2003, Now What in 2005, and Storm & Grace in 2012.
