These types of exercise increase your risk of heart attacks

Study: From improving your mood to improving your cardiovascular health, daily exercise is said to have many health benefits. In addition to your diet, exercise is paramount to keeping your heart healthy. Heart rate peaks strengthen the heart muscles and help increase lung capacity, but a recent study suggests that there is a certain type of exercise that could even increase your risk of a heart attack. Moderate intensity minutes per day to strengthen the heart muscles and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease; however, a study published in Circulation found that high-intensity exercise and overexertion can increase the risk of developing an acute heart problem. Exercising and competing in endurance competitions can put a person at risk of developing heart-related complications and even lead to arrhythmias.
