Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, the Indian partner of (RDIF) Russian Direct Investment Fund has rolled out the first lot of the SPUTNIK-V COVID 19 vaccine in Hyderabad.
The firm also said that the imported vaccine is priced at RS. 995 including GST, That is less than a thousand Rupees per dose. The lot is limited, that’s why only limited people are getting this vaccine at the current time. There might be a possibility of lower price once the local supply begins.
The first consignment of the vaccine that landed in India on 1st May 2021, received the regulatory clearance from the Central Drug Laboratory, Kasauli, on 13th May 2021.
