Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister remembers him on death anniversary

Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti paid a heartfelt tribute to her beloved brother on his second death anniversary. On Tuesday, Shweta shared an emotional note on her official Instagram handle. She shared a throwback picture of Sushant with a child and called him ‘immortal’. Sharing the photo she wrote, “It has been 2 years since you left your mortal abode, Bhai, but you have become immortal because of the values you stood for. Kindness, compassion and love for all were your virtues. You wanted to do so much for so many. We shall continue to model after your wonderful virtues and ideals in your honor.”

She further continued, “Bhai, you have changed the world for the better and will continue to do so even in your absence. Let us all light a lamp 🪔 today and perform a selfless action to bring a smile to someone’s face. “घर से मस्जिद है बहुत दूर चलो यु कर ले, किसी रोते हुए बच्चे को हँसाया जाये ! “- निदा फ़ाज़ली


For unversed, Sushant Singh Rajput debuted from the romantic drama Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil followed by the lead role in the soap opera Pavitra Rishta. Later he made his film debut with the movie ‘Kai Po Che!’ (2013) which became a great success.

SSR died at the age of 34 by suicide at his home in Bandra, Mumbai in June 2020. He was last seen in the movie Dil Bechara (2020).
